Job description

Welcoming and Promoting the Pool:

  • Physically welcoming customers 
  • Provide information by phone and email, 
  • Providing general information 
  • Resolving any disputes with customers
  • Ensuring that signage is minimal and legible

Managing the cash register and related operations:

  • Ensure a thorough understanding of the products for sale
  • Collect admission fees
  • Conduct cash count checks
  • Regularly count the cash and transfer funds to the vault
  • Ensure that cash registers are properly closed out
  • Identify and report any software or cash register issues, and escalate the information to the Finance Department

Active participation in emergency response:

  • Assist the lifeguard team during first aid situations
  • Assist with pool evacuations and supervise pool patrons 
  • Send an alert and facilitate the arrival of emergency responders 

Maintain the lobby and locker rooms

Your education:

  • Experience in the field is preferred 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
