Q-PARK is responsible for marketing the parking reservations and subscriptions offered on the Site.
ARTICLE 2 - PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of:
- recreational services;
- access tickets;
- activity reservations;
- parking reservations;
- parking passes, when these are offered for sale online.
ARTICLE 3 - DEFINITIONS
Customer: any individual or legal entity placing an order.
Order: any reservation or purchase confirmed on the Site.
Product: ticket, admission, reservation, or pass offered for sale.
Service: recreational activity or parking service.
Parking Lot: any parking facility available for reservation on the Site.
Site: online reservation and sales website.
User: any person browsing the Site or placing an order.
ARTICLE 4 - ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Customer acknowledges having read and understood:
- the essential characteristics of the services;
- the applicable rates;
- these Terms and Conditions;
prior to confirming their order.
Confirmation of payment constitutes an electronic signature and final acceptance of the order.
ARTICLE 5 - ORDER
The Customer selects the desired services on the Website.
Before final confirmation, the Customer may verify:
- the selected services;
- the reserved dates;
- the quantities;
- the total price;
- the information entered.
The order becomes final after:
- payment confirmation;
- the issuance of an order confirmation via email.
Sellers reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, particularly in the event of:
- unavailability;
- incorrect information;
- payment irregularities;
- suspected fraud.
ARTICLE 6 - AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
The offers available on the Site are valid while supplies last.
If a service is unavailable after the order has been confirmed, the Customer will be notified as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances, the Customer may be offered a rescheduling, an equivalent service with their consent, or a refund of the amounts paid.
ARTICLE 7 - PRICES
Prices are listed in euros (€), including all taxes.
The applicable prices are those displayed at the time of the order.
Sellers reserve the right to change prices at any time. Such changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
ARTICLE 8 - PAYMENT
Payment is due in full at the time of the order.
Payment must be made exclusively through the payment methods offered on the Website.
Payment is processed via a secure system.
Confirmation of payment constitutes an irrevocable commitment by the Customer.
ARTICLE 9 - EVIDENCE AND ARCHIVING
The electronic records stored by the service providers’ computer systems constitute proof of orders, payments, and communications between the parties.
The documents are archived on a reliable and durable medium in accordance with applicable regulations.
ARTICLE 10 - PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act.
The data collected is necessary for: order management; service fulfillment; billing; customer relations; and compliance with legal obligations.
Data subjects have the following rights: access; rectification; erasure; restriction; objection; and portability.
These rights may be exercised in accordance with the procedures specified in the Website’s Privacy Policy.
Any data subject may file a complaint with the CNIL.
ARTICLE 11 - COOKIES
The Site uses cookies that are necessary for its operation.
Other cookies may be used in accordance with the choices made by the user in the consent manager available on the Site.

ARTICLE 12 - FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be held liable for the non-performance of its obligations when such non-performance results from a force majeure event as defined in Article 1218 of the Civil Code.
ARTICLE 13 - LIABILITY
Each seller is responsible for the performance of the services it offers.
The seller shall not be held liable when the failure to perform results from:
- the Customer’s actions;
- an unforeseeable and insurmountable act by a third party;
- a force majeure event;
- a closure imposed for reasons of safety or public order.
ARTICLE 14 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the consumer retains the rights regarding jurisdiction provided for in the Consumer Code and the Code of Civil Procedure.
SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – SPORTS & LEISURE ACTIVITIES
ARTICLE 15 - SERVICES COVERED
These provisions apply in particular to:
- Hero Les Arcs;
- Snowmobiling;
- Tree-top adventure courses;
- Water recreation activities;
- Entertainment and sports activities;
- Any other activity offered by ABTOURISME.
ARTICLE 16 - USE OF ADMISSION TICKETS
The Customer must present the order confirmation received by email or any equivalent proof of purchase.
A form of identification may be requested.
ARTICLE 17 - CONDITIONS OF ACCESS
Access to certain activities may be subject to:
- a minimum or maximum age;
- specific physical requirements;
- height or weight restrictions;
- compliance with the rules and regulations.
Failure to meet these conditions may result in denial of access without a refund.
ARTICLE 18 - WEATHER AND SAFETY CONDITIONS
Activities may be modified, postponed, or canceled for the following reasons:
- weather-related;
- technical reasons;
- safety;
- operational reasons.
AB Tourisme shall not be held liable when such measures are taken to ensure the safety of individuals.
ARTICLE 19 - CANCELLATION AND REFUND
All cancellation requests must be sent to: vpc@lesarcs.com before the date of the activity in question.
- More than 7 days before the activity > refund of the amount paid, less an administrative fee of fifteen euros (€15).
- Less than 7 days before the activity > no refund unless expressly agreed to by ABTOURISME or justified by exceptional circumstances.
ARTICLE 20 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to recreational services provided on a specific date or at specific intervals.
Leisure activities booked on the Website are not subject to the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
SPECIAL TERMS AND
CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO PARKING SERVICES
ARTICLE 21 - DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The parking services offered on the Site pertain to parking facilities operated by the Q-PARK Group.
The service details, reserved periods, access procedures, and pricing terms are specified before the order is confirmed.
The reservation guarantees the availability of a parking space in the selected parking facility during the reserved period.
Unless otherwise specified, no numbered parking space is assigned.
ARTICLE 22 - TERMS OF USE
Reservations are strictly personal.
Depending on the offers available, the Customer may be entitled to:
- single access during the reserved period;
- access with multiple entries and exits.
Any fraudulent use may result in the immediate revocation of the right to access the parking lot without compensation.
ARTICLE 23 - ACCESS PROCEDURES
Access to the parking lot may be granted depending on the available equipment:
- via QR code;
- via automatic license plate recognition (in this case, the Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of reservation);
- via an access card;
- via a secure access code.
Login credentials, QR codes, and access codes are personal and confidential.
The Customer is solely responsible for safeguarding them.
ARTICLE 24 - PARKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The service provided consists exclusively of a parking right.
It does not constitute a storage contract nor a vehicle surveillance or security service.
Parking is at the user’s own risk in accordance with the rules and regulations of the parking facility in question.
Early arrivals and exceeding the reserved time may be subject to additional charges in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to the reserved parking facility.
Unless otherwise specified in the commercial offer, the reservation guarantees the availability of a space in the parking facility in question without assigning a specific parking spot.
ARTICLE 25 - CANCELLATION OF PARKING RESERVATIONS
The Customer may cancel their reservation in accordance with the terms applicable to the selected offer and specified at the time of booking.
When the reservation includes a cancellation option, the Customer may cancel their reservation in accordance with the terms indicated when selecting that option.
In the absence of a specific cancellation option, the applicable refund terms are those displayed during the reservation process and reiterated in the order confirmation email.
Unless otherwise expressly provided for a specific offer:
- any cancellation request must be made before the start of the reserved parking period;
- an unused reservation does not entitle the customer to any refund;
- leaving the parking lot permanently before the end of the reserved period does not entitle the customer to any refund;
- no refund may be claimed when the reserved service has been provided in accordance with the contractual terms.
Cancellation requests must be made in accordance with the procedures indicated in the customer portal or in the reservation confirmation email.
ARTICLE 26 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer Customer has a statutory withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days from the date the contract is concluded.
When the Customer requests that the service be provided before the expiration of this period, the Customer expressly acknowledges:
- to request the commencement of the service;
- to be liable for payment for services already performed.
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised if the service has been fully performed with the Customer’s prior express consent.

ARTICLE 28 - CONSUMER MEDIATION
In the event of an unresolved complaint, the Customer may, free of charge, seek assistance from a consumer mediation service.

ARTICLE 29 - GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
The parties shall endeavor to resolve any dispute amicably.
In the absence of an amicable agreement, the competent courts shall be determined in accordance with the legal provisions applicable to consumers.
ARTICLE 30 - FINAL PROVISIONS
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared null and void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully valid.
These Terms and Conditions apply for as long as the services are offered on the Site.
