Description
The gold standard in the world of trail running
No matter the finishing time—from under 20 hours to over 46 hours— both elite runners and thousands of amateurs share the same adventure on these exceptional courses, driven by the breathtaking beauty of the landscapes and a common goal: to cross the finish line in Chamonix.
More than 2,300 athletes will set off from Chamonix, then pass through the Chapieux area at night, in a magnificent setting along the route to the Aiguille des Glaciers (3,816 m) and the Col de la Seigne (2,516 m).
The first runners will arrive at Les Chapieux around 10:30 p.m., with the race continuing until 5:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 29.
