Description
With a double loop totaling 21.097KM, the race follows small paved country roads through a wooded, lush, and shaded landscape.
The course is hilly, with gentle climbs along the bike path that runs alongside the Isère River for nearly 10km.

The Courses
Marathon: 42.195 km
A double-loop course that starts at the funicular and follows the greenway toward Séez. Through tree-lined paths, runners will reach the center of Séez and then the center of Bourg Saint Maurice before heading toward the kayak center. They will cross the plain before returning via the magnificent greenway that runs along the Isère River for 5 km. The race concludes at the Bourg-Saint-Maurice funicular. The course follows small country roads through a pleasant, green, and shaded wooded setting. The route is hilly with gentle climbs.

Charity Walk: An Alpine Marathon for a Good Cause!
The walk is a 5.5-km loop. It will start at 9:30 a.m., at the same time as the half-marathon. The route heads toward Séez along the Marais Greenway, before following the Isère River and returning to the center of Bourg-Saint-Maurice.
Come support the fight against multiple sclerosis by participating in a charity walk during the Marathon des Alpes.
The €8 registration fee will be donated in full to multiple sclerosis research.
