Ideally located in the Grand Arbois residence, it offers breathtaking views of the mountains with a sunny south-west facing balcony. Its prime location in the heart of the resort is just a stone's throw from shops, restaurants, the kindergarten and the crèche. Just a 5-minute walk from the snow front, you will have easy access to the chairlifts, the Transarc and the ski schools. In summer, Les Arcs 1800 is transformed into a paradise for outdoor activities: mountain biking, hiking, 18-hole golf course, the Espace Aqualudique (located in the centre of the resort for a relaxing break) and access to a range of activities with the Pass Hero Les Arcs. A modern and functional interior for 4 people: The bright living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed which, when unfolded, forms a double bed measuring 140 x 190 cm. Enjoy a fully renovated and equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, traditional oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Everything you need to prepare your meals with ease!
The bathroom has a bath/shower, washbasin and toilet. A clever mezzanine sleeping area, accessible by a ladder (not recommended for children under 6), offers a 140 x 200 cm double bed, separated by a curtain for privacy.
In winter, parking is paid throughout the resort, but it is free in summer. Outdoor parking spaces are available at the foot of the building with a very convenient access road for unloading. The Villards covered car park is the closest. Please note: Pets are not allowed, and the studio is non-smoking.
