Built in 2023, the contemporary chalet pays tribute to the architecture of Les Arcs, creating a soft, soothing ambience. Its open spaces give full rein to the fabulous panorama of the Alps, which invites you inside thanks to the large windows.
Large, bright 200 m2 chalet with heated pool, Nordic bath and sauna, unique in its style in Les Arcs.
Can be twinned with the adjoining chalet for a total of 24 people.

The chalet has 5 bedrooms, including 3 suites, all 5 with en-suite shower rooms and toilets.
The quality of the bedding is a priority to ensure that your nights are as restful as your intense days of skiing!
The large master bedroom, nestled on the top level of the chalet, adds a small living room, bathroom with shower and bathtub, and toilet.
The 2 suites on level 1 and the bedrooms on level 0 have a study.
The dormitory room is complemented by a mezzanine with a TV corner, games and reading area for children.

The first level features an attractive living area with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with fireplace. Aperitif area, wine cellar. Wood supplied.

Of course, you'll also find a ski room, as well as a spacious entrance hall with a boot warmer to keep you warm on the slopes!

Located in the hamlet of Courbaton, 800 m from the center of Arc 1600, the chalet has a ski-in, ski-out service (subject to snow conditions). The slopes of Paradiski are waiting for you. This fabulous ski area combines the slopes of La Plagne, Peisey-Vallandry and Les Arcs to offer 425km of uninterrupted skiing.
