The French Freeride World Qualifier, organized by Evolution 2 and Arc 1950. Le Village, will welcome freeriders from all over the world who compete on the best freeride spots within the Les Arcs ski area.
Description
The Freeride World Qualifier consists of about 50 competitions held around the world, bringing together the best freeriders.
Each event is rated from ★★ to ★★★★: the more stars an event has, the more points the winners earn. The riders who earn the most points during the 4**** Qualifier events are selected for the Freeride World Tour.
Watch the skiers and snowboarders on the designated off-piste slopes of Les Arcs as they give it their all in front of judges who will evaluate each participant’s fluidity, risk-taking, mountain awareness, and jumps. This will determine their scores and determine who makes it to the podium at the awards ceremony in Arc 1950 Le Village.
This competition will take place from January 16 to 22, 2027, in Les Arcs over several days, which may be rescheduled depending on weather conditions.
