• Connection to the outdoors: preservation of the large floor-to-ceiling windows, design of the terrace
• The understated, refined, and uncluttered decor

• The incorporation of certain design elements from the original layout, such as storage under the stairs, the mezzanine living area, and the “sanctuary-style” bedroom
• There’s a bedroom for everyone; the kitchen, dining, and living areas retain their functionality

• The bold and well-received renovation of the kitchen area!
• The very inviting and relaxing living area, with the beds facing each other to enhance the scenic view
• Respect for the original “inside/outside” perspective principles:
  • A sense of spatial and visual openness from the entrance toward the floor-to-ceiling window
  • The visual impact of the wall-mounted furniture, painted to match the wall color, is minimized to the point of being nearly invisible
• The choice of materials (polished concrete) and colors (gray/blue/white + a splash of red)
• The renovation and reuse of original elements: the “breathable” doors of the bar or the bathroom unit, for example
• The overall harmony, the very pleasant, gentle, and refined atmosphere
