At the top of the Vallandry gondola, discover more than 30 species of mountain wildlife (and flora) in a unique museum space. Open to skiers and pedestrians alike, free of charge, in both winter and summer, this museum is a place for discovery and education, created in partnership with the Vanoise National Park and the municipality of Peisey-Vallandry.

Mountain Animals Museum is one of a kind: entirely dedicated to mountain flora and fauna, it welcomes you at the summit of Vallandry.
Like explorers, come discover more than 30 animal species: from wolves to deer, bears to mountain hares… and listen closely: it’s not uncommon to hear jays and crows having a lively conversation!
