As part of the French Freeride Junior Tour competition organized by Evolution 2 Arc 1950, Le Village will welcome young freeriders from January 16 to 22, who will come to test their skills at the best spots in the Les Arcs ski area.
Description
The Freeride World Qualifier consists of about 50 competitions held around the world, bringing together the best freeriders.
Each event is rated from ★★ to ★★★★: the more stars a race has, the more points the winners earn. The riders who have earned the most points during the 4**** events of the Qualifier are selected for the Freeride World Tour.
Watch the skiers and snowboarders on the designated off-piste slopes of Les Arcs as they give it their all in front of judges who will evaluate each participant’s fluidity, risk-taking, mountain reading, and jumps. This will determine their scores and who makes it to the podium at the awards ceremony in Arc 1950 Le Village.
