Description
An authentic museum featuring a unique 1935 wood-roasting machine, the last in France.
Here, there are no electronic probes or digital screens: only the roaster's olfactory memory directs the dance of the beans, and determines each stage of the roasting process.
This method, both demanding and intuitive, preserves the identity of each terroir and the artisanal know-how that has been passed down for over 90 years.
Roasting and demonstrations take place every Wednesday and Saturday from 10am (except during the All Saints' vacation period, when the machine undergoes annual maintenance).
