On the estate
- Check out the Fresques Lumineuses, a sound-and-light show you won’t want to miss at the Varet gondola station. Free admission.
- If you’re in the Vallandry area, explore the Mountain Animal Museum to learn about the region’s flora and fauna.
- Skiing in the Shelter: If the wind is blowing hard, head to the Arc 1600 or Peisey Vallandry areas. The fir trees offer protection from the wind and improve visibility on the slopes.
At the Resort
When you woke up, the weather seemed a bit unpredictable. So you decided to stay nice and warm and enjoy the resort’s activities:
- Head to the bowling alley for a few games. Since you’re not on the ski slopes, you’re hitting the bowling lanes instead.
- Relax at La Piscine: Treat yourself to a wellness break at La Piscine. Immerse yourself in an atmosphere much warmer than outside, where time seems to slow down.
- Pamper yourself at the spa of your choice for a relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable experience.
- Breathe deeply, unwind, and join a yoga class for a soothing experience.
- Take the funicular down to Bourg-Saint-Maurice to catch a movie at the Cœur d’Or cinema, discover the region’s local crafts at the Haute Tarentaise Dairy Cooperative, the coffee roasting workshop, and many other attractions. A day full of discoveries awaits you.
