Our 4-6 person apartment is located in the heart of the village of Arc 1950 in the "Le Refuge du Montagnard" residence.
With a view of Mont Blanc and a large terrace, the apartment covers an area of 52 square meters.
It has just been renovated with :
- creation of a 2nd shower room and installation of a 2nd toilet in the main bathroom
- the creation of a separate sleeping area with 2 bunk beds
- new wooden flooring with underfloor heating
- new tiling in the entrance, shower room and toilet areas
- creation of a new bar unit
- creation of a false ceiling with new lighting
- new spruce wall cladding.
You'll enjoy a large twin-bedded room forming a 180cm king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and two flat-screen TVs. The living room also includes a sofa bed for 2 people.
Bed and bathroom linen, bathrobes (adults), toiletries in the bathrooms and kitchen and full end-of-stay cleaning are included in the rental price.
The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
You can put on your skis and head straight for the slopes from the heated, private ski locker.
The residence also offers a wellness area with sauna & hammam + outdoor jacuzzi, as well as access to a heated indoor and outdoor pool in the nearby "Prince des Cimes" residence, all at no extra charge.
