How do you make a reservation?

A simple phone call will put you in touch with one of our members of staff who offer an excellent knowledge of the resort. ... You will be given help in choosing the apartment best suited to your requirements from the resort’s accommodation providers list of availabilities, at competitive rates, in the 5 Arcs / Bourg St Maurice resorts.

The Central booking office communicates only the offers given by their providers.

You can book online on the resort website lesarcs.com IN REAL TIME. A wide range of apartments of all levels of comfort are available for you

In just 4 clicks, you can book your accommodation on a secure site by credit card and receive your reservation documents by email on the same day.

1st click : choose your criteria

  1. geographical zone
  2. your holiday dates
  3. length of your stay
  4. number of people.

2nd click :

Select from the list of availabilities after consulting the heading [more information] (detailed descriptions and complementary photos are non contractual) and [PLAN] and click on [RESERVE].

3rd click :

Enter and confirm your details.

4th click :

Payment : choose your method of payment; secure credit card payment.

At the 2nd click, click on [All-inclusive] and choose your ski pass (« [Paradiski », « Paradiski Discovery » or « Grand Domaine Les Arcs » ski area, age and number).

- Ski lessons :

Book your ski lessons of 5 and 6 half days with your accommodation in an easy way. All you have to do is to choose your lessons, your level and your booking will be ... at the Ski School.

At the 2nd click after clicking on [RESERVE], click on [continue shopping] and from the list of YOUR CRITERIA choose the service you require :

- Ski equipment hire :
we offer to put you in contact with some ski shops in the resort who hire out ski equipment “online” with special discount prices all the season. Make your choice!

Useful information : Telephone reservations for accommodation only can be made up until 2 days before the date of arrival. Telephone bookings for accommodation with the all-inclusive package can be made up until 7 days before the date of arrival. Dates available are in principal from « Saturday to Saturday ».

1 - Furnished accommodation ratings

- « Accommodation provider rating »

The Central Reservations Office has established an internal rating system, using its own set of criteria, for accommodation agencies or individual accommodation providers who entrust their apartments for rent: « Accommodation provider rating ». The Central Reservations Office will indicate the rating proposed by the accommodation provider on the description.

2 - Hotel ratings

Hotel ratings are established by the Savoie prefecture. In Les Arcs / Bourg St Maurice, we propose 2 star and 3 star hotels.
