FAQ recharging ski passes

Recharging ski passes online is a new service : with my par@diski-carte, recharge the ski pass of your choice without having to stop off at the lift pass office.

My Par@diski-carte and Ski-carte

Don’t get the plastic Par@diski-carte used to recharge your ski pass online, mixed up with the ski-carte available from the lift pass offices.

  •  You will already have a Par@diski-carte if you bought a ski-pass on our website last winter.
  •  On the back of the Par@diski-carte you will find your surname, first name and date of birth.

    Respect the environment with the ski-carte !

  •  The ski-carte is the "microchip card" given to you in resort.
  •  This winter the ski-carte no longer requires a deposit : it is free of charge !
  •  Out of respect for the environment, we are setting up recycling points in our sales outlets. Consider the environment and drop your ski-cartes in when you leave.
  •  How can I recharge my paradiski-carte on the Internet ? Use your login and password to connect (given to you during your first purchase on our site). The system will let you know which Par@diski-cartes you own. Choose your ski-pass and place your order. Your par@diski-carte will charge up automatically when you pass through the gate of your first ski lift. Remember to keep your order confirmation.
