What type of ski-pass can I order online ?
any kind of Les Arcs or Paradiski lift pass, valid for 3 days or more at the public price + family passes + some special offer products + owner’s season passes.
Who is entitled to a family pass ?
When a minimum of 4 Paradiski ski-passes are bought at the same time, 2 of which must be adult passes and 2 child passes for children aged from 6 to 13, you will benefit from the child rate for your third child and all others under the age of 18.
How far in advance do I need to order the ski-passes ?
You can order online 3 days before your arrival date : you can then collect your ski-passes in the sales outlet of your choice.
You can order 10 days before your stay (valid for France, 2 weeks if overseas) if you would like to receive your ski-passes by post.
If I request delivery to my home address, how much will it cost ?
Delivery of ski-passes to your home address is free of charge (standard post)
When will I receive my ski-passes ?
you will receive them very quickly, as soon as we have your payment and any necessary proof of ID. You can track your order by going to the members area of our web site.
What should I do if I don’t receive confirmation of my order ?
If you have paid by credit card, you will receive a confirmation email very shortly afterwards. If you do not receive an email, please contact : [contact@ski-lesarcs.com.]
What documents will I need to take with me when I go to collect the ski-pass(es) ?
When you go to one of our sales outlets in Les Arcs-Bourg St Maurice, we will ask you for your online booking confirmation that we sent to your email address.
What proof of age do you require ? (only for free children’s passes)
You can send us a scanned copy of the ID card, passport, ...

Mais il est préférable pour le suivi de votre commande de joindre le justificatif en jpeg, lors de la commande.

Forfait Plus cancellation insurance : No more worries
I’m worried about ordering my ski-pass or booking the child-care centre in advance. Will I be refunded if I am unable to come ?
We advise you to take the Forfait Plus cancellation insurance : see insurance terms and conditions. You are covered in the event of having to cancel your stay, up until the day before your planned arrival date.The insurance will refund the cost of your ski-passes.
Forfait Plus insurance will also refund your Pommes de Pins child-care costs if you are forced to end your stay earlier than planned.

Carré Neige insurance
Before your ski holiday, make sure you have taken out insurance. If you are uncertain, place your trust in Carré neige, the n°1 mountain insurance specialist.
In the event of a skiing accident, you are covered for : · search costs, rescue and initial transport costs. ·your medical costs will be taken care of and you will be repatriated to your home address if necessary. · you will be refunded for unused ski-passes (in certain cases).
