With your par@diski-carte, connect to our online sales system. Once you have logged in and entered your password (given to you during your first purchase on our site), you just need to select the ski pass that you would like to charge to your par@diski-carte.

How does My par@diski-carte work ?

The « hands-free » ski pass system is made up of two main components :
  your par@diski-carte,
  the ski lift ticket barriers.

When you arrive with your « hands-free » ski pass in your pocket, the ticket barrier checks that it is valid and automatically opens the entrance to the ski area. If you have recharged your par@diski-carte, the ticket barriers will instantly register the ski pass that you have chosen. Then, as soon as you stand behind them, they will recognise your par@diski-carte and will automatically charge it with your chosen ski pass. This all takes place in just a few millionths of a second ! After that, all that there is left for you to do is ski off throughout the ski area, with your par@diski-carte in your pocket.

Precautions to take

 To simplify going through the barriers

· Put your par@diski-carte in the left-hand pocket at the top (especially for children) of your ski jacket · Avoid putting your keys, mobile phone, credit cards or even your cigarettes in the same pocket · Go through the gates with just the par@diski-carte in your pocket (each member of your family or your group should have their own ski pass on them) · The par@diski-carte is not transferable, so make sure that you have your own in your pocket.

 Looking after your par@diski-carte

· Do not bend, fold or make a hole in your par@diski-carte: you could damage the electronic system inside it · Do not write or stick anything on your par@diski-carte, do not wash it, do not dry it (be careful not to get too close to sources of heat : radiator, fire etc...) · Be careful, your par@diski-carte can lose credits if close to an electric appliance: the chip may be incompatible with certain materials and certain technologies (especially mobile phones).

· When your order is received (first purchase or recharge), a summary will be sent to you. Take this document with you on your ski trip: if your card is lost or stolen, this will be the most reliable way for you to start skiing again as soon as possible !
