Does your apartment remain empty part of the year due to a lack of time or distance? If you don’t want to rent it out, why not let your family and friends use it ?! During their stay, each ski-pass bought through your recommendation (on presentation of a visitor’s coupon) means that you will gain points, giving you many reductions with our new partners (EUROPCAR, SKISET...), the next time you stay in resort. What is the Les Arcs Privilèges Loyalty Account ?

Enjoy exclusive advantages thanks to the ski-passes bought by your rental guests (or non-paying guests staying in your accommodation in les Arcs) and your own purchases. The Les Arcs Privilèges Loyalty Account comes in a wallet with a Les Arcs Privilèges Loyalty Card. This is given to each owner in les Arcs who has made a written request by filling in the membership form. (link to membership form to download).

This Card must be presented at the ski-pass sales office when you buy ski-passes for yourself or your family. In the wallet you will also find 16 coupons with your personal Les Arcs Privilèges n° written on them. These coupons must be given to guests staying in your accommodation in les Arcs, and they will enable you to collect points on your Les Arcs Privilèges Loyalty Account. Give each of your guests one coupon so that they can present it at the ski-pass sales office when they buy their ski-passes.

These purchases will be added to your Privilèges Loyalty Account.

The points...

When either you or your guests buy a ski-pass at the public price, the corresponding points will be credited to your account.

The coupons handed in will enable you to exchange these points for free ski-passes, enjoy reductions in certain shops, as well as various other advantages in the resort and elsewhere, right from the following summer and / or winter. Unused points during these periods will be lost. These points can only be used by the card holder.

 
Important : it is up to you to encourage your guests to show their coupon when they buy their ski-passes ! The purchases that your guests make will not be credited to your Les Arcs Privilèges Loyalty Account unless the completed coupon is handed in.
 

The points scale awarded will be increased and varied. A letter will be sent to all LES ARCS PRIVILÈGES LOYALTY ACCOUNT members in June, with a statement of points collected through purchases during the previous winter season...

Advantages for Rental Accommodation Providers The Property Owner is referred to as a Rental Accommodation Provider if their accommodation is rented out for a minimum of 13 weeks in the winter through a rental management organisation.
