The site lets you register onto a members area, with direct access to the owner’s pages. We will give you more information about the advantages available to you here.

MEMBERS AREA

  •  How can I change my personal details ? When you buy ski-passes or child-care services we will give you a login and a password which will enable you to access your member’s area. You can change your details there.
    Keep this login and password. If your computer accepts cookies you will be "recognised" automatically, as soon as you connect to the lesarcs.com site.
  •  How can I track my order ? You can track your order by accessing your members area with the login and password that we sent to you after you placed your order : receipt of your payment, preparation of your ski-pass(es), posting of your ski-pass(es), confirmation of your order, ....
  •  Your identification remains the same for future orders. Registering with the members area will make further orders much easier : you won’t have to give your contact details, photos or proof of ID again. (requested when necessary).
  •  Owners area. This area is accessible to anyone with proof of ownership in les Arcs/Bourg Saint Maurice.
  •  The Les Arcs Owners Privilege account join the programme and receive points when your guests buy ski-passes.With these points you can take advantage of free ski-passes and many other avantages with our different partners (Restaurants, Club des Sports, golf course, EUROPCAR etc.).
    To receive your Les Arcs Privilege Loyalty card, go to the owners area and download the order form or collect it from any of the ski-pass sales outlets. One recent proof of ownership per apartment in Les Arcs will be required.
